Our team develops operational risk management processes in FinTech. We identify events, assess and monitor them, and develop risk mitigation measures, helping the business find a balance between business objectives and risks. One of our priority areas is creating effective infrastructure and tools for the Operational Risk Management System (ORMS).

What tasks await you

Outsourcing Risk Management You will organize comprehensive, systematic cross-functional outsourcing processes in accordance with the requirements of the Bank of Russia Regulation No. 716-P, regulate processes, and improve internal normative documents. You will also analyze critical outsourcing counterparties and contracts, formulate conclusions, and define the procedure for creating regular outsourcing reports, including risk reports.

Improving the ORMS You will improve the methodology and criteria for collecting and assessing various types of events, create a unified methodological framework for operational risk management to ensure traceability of the relationships between processes, risk events, and control procedures, and will develop the process and tools for risk identification and self-assessment, including specific types of operational risk.

We expect that you

• Have worked with operational risks in the banking sector for at least five years
• Are familiar with the standards and regulatory requirements for organizing the operational risk management process: 716-P, 850-P (787-P), 744-P, 242-P
• Have developed internal normative documents (regulations, procedures, methodologies) in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Understand the core operations and business processes of a credit institution and their specifics
• Have led projects in the field of risk management as a project manager
• Have applied various risk assessment methods and control environment effectiveness assessment methods in practice
• Are proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
• Possess analytical skills
• Possess strong communication skills
