Operations Support Specialist with Credit Bureaus

FinTech is a young and promising field at Yandex. We create convenient payment services and tools for personal finance management. We are looking for an experienced specialist from the banking sector to strengthen our team.

What tasks await you

Processing loan data You will generate messages containing data on the bank's credit products and send them to credit bureaus (BKI). You will need to control the receipt of delivery confirmations and monitor the quality of the data being sent.

Process automation You will prepare requirements for modifying or developing functionality that automates the generation of credit history information. You will also participate in testing new features and implemented changes.

Communication with credit bureaus You will participate in preparing responses to inquiries from credit bureaus, clients, and supervisory authorities, as well as interact with credit bureaus through personal accounts and email.

We expect you

• Have a university degree (economics or technical)
• Have worked in a relevant field for more than two years
• Have worked with large volumes of data
• Know the current legislation of the Russian Federation, regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia regarding the formation of credit histories
• Are familiar with the technical requirements for generating credit history indicators

It will be a plus

• Have worked in a retail bank
• Know the basics of accounting for credit operations and have supported a credit portfolio
