Bureau of Credit Histories (BKI) Specialist

Our team is developing the Split product line at Yandex. We are looking for an employee who will ensure the complete, correct, and timely reflection of all contract-related events in the BKI (including adjustments, special statuses, and manual processes) to minimize regulatory, penalty, and reputational risks.

What tasks await you

Formation of credit information and control of its transfer to the BKI You will monitor the correctness of contract events (issuance, modification, repayment, delinquency, etc.), work with BKI rejections, errors, and remarks, prepare and send corrective messages, and control BKI data quality metrics. Furthermore, you will interact with IT, product, and operational teams, as well as participate in the launch and modification of credit products.

Adjustments, special statuses, and manual processes You will work with adjustments of credit information, including the correction of previously transmitted data. Monitor and reflect special contract statuses (bankruptcy, payment holidays, and other regulatory statuses), control all manual processes and non-standard operations that affect the formation of the credit history. It is important that no manual process or change in contract terms remains outside of BKI reporting.

We expect that you

• Have practical experience working with the BKI (from the side of an MKK, MFO, or bank)
• Understand the logic of credit history formation
• Have analyzed BKI rejections and errors, worked with data adjustments
• Know the requirements of Federal Law 218-FZ
• Have worked with XML or BKI formats
• Have participated in changes to BKI requirements or formats

• Have interacted with IT and product teams
• Have worked with the "Credit Line" product
