Lead Specialist, Operations Support Department for Payment Cards and Services in FinTech
We develop fintech services and aim to provide clients with convenient and secure tools for paying for purchases and managing finances.
We are looking for an experienced specialist. You will be responsible for supporting operations with payment cards and services, as well as managing settlements with partner banks.
Settlement Support You will manage settlements with partner banks, the "Mir" payment system (based on its reports), the National Payment Card System (for SBP transfers: C2C, C2B, B2C, B2B), merchant service providers (for operations with electronic funds and bank cards), and conduct reconciliations with counterparties.
Process Automation You will interact with the development team, describe test cases, test new and refine existing banking products and services, and control the correct reflection of accounting entries related to the department's functionality.
