Operational Manager for Dispute Processes on Cards and SBP (FPS)
We are looking for an expert in the field of dispute resolution. You will be responsible for disputing transactions, including according to the rules of payment systems (PS) "Mir", Visa, Mastercard, NSPK, and SBP. Experience in dispute work with bank cards is required. It will be a plus if you have skills in working with card or SBP transaction processing systems.
Dispute Resolution Work You will conduct dispute resolution work according to IPS and PS rules, analyzing disputes on bank client transactions in Yandex services, challenging card transactions using all tools: Chargeback, Representment, pre-Arbitration, Arbitration, pre-Compliance, Compliance, and the "Dispute", "SBP Dispute" business processes. You will control the refund of money to clients for disputed transactions and collaborate with bank units investigating client appeals to improve the customer experience.
Automation of Dispute Work You will actively participate in automating the processes of dispute work on internal and external transactions, as well as building interaction between related departments when launching the bank's new products.
Interaction with Anti-Fraud You will help colleagues identify new fraudulent schemes based on the analysis of client reports of fraudulent transactions, work with the information systems of international payment systems, and prepare reports on disputed transactions.
