Business Development Manager

We are developing an AI-driven customer experience platform that helps companies improve customer service, automate support, and enhance customer communication quality. The product is currently in its active development phase — the landing page and presentation materials are being prepared. Key modules are already available: customer support, quality assurance, and additional functionality for effective customer experience management.

Responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and attracting new clients
• Conducting negotiations and presenting the product to potential partners
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Working with the current client base: account development, maintaining communication
• Upselling / cross-selling to existing clients, selling new features and platform capabilities
• Gathering market feedback and relaying insights to the product team

What's important:

• Experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Management
• Skill in identifying and attracting clients from scratch
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in client management and developing long-term partnerships
• Understanding of B2B sales, SaaS, or tech products will be a plus
• Proactiveness and result-orientation
