Solution Architect (B2B SaaS)
We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to bridge the gap between engineering teams and enterprise customers of an international B2B SaaS product.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable solutions, and helping customers successfully implement technology while influencing product direction.
What you'll do
- Analyze customers' technical environments, business goals, and implementation requirements.
- Design solution architectures tailored to customer needs and recommend best practices for product adoption.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with architects, engineering leaders, and other stakeholders on the customer side.
- Support implementation projects by coordinating technical discussions and facilitating collaboration between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications and help prioritize engineering initiatives.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, sharing technical expertise with customers and partners.
- Gather customer feedback, identify emerging market trends, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience designing software architectures for complex systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations in English.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
