📍Operations & Revenue Manager (International Markets)

We are looking for a data-driven Operations & Revenue Manager to own marketplace performance, pricing effectiveness, and revenue optimization across international markets. You will act as a key business owner for market performance, working closely with Analytics, Product, Finance, and Regional Operations to translate data insights into concrete operational and pricing actions.

What you'll be involved in:

• Marketplace performance ownership, including owning end-to-end performance of assigned markets or order types against key KPIs
• Pricing and revenue optimization
• Supply and demand management
• Acting as a key interface between Operations, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Regional teams

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, revenue management, strategy and analytics
• Experience in Big4, Big3, or other consulting firms is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL, and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Solid understanding of unit economics, pricing mechanics, and marketplace dynamics
