Description

We are looking for a data-driven Operations & Revenue Manager to own marketplace performance, pricing effectiveness, and revenue optimization across international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supply-demand balance, optimizing pricing and incentive levers, and driving sustainable, profitable growth at the city and country level.

You will act as a key business owner for market performance, working closely with Analytics, Product, Finance, and Regional Operations to translate data insights into concrete operational and pricing actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of assigned markets or order types against key KPIs (growth, revenue, utilization, margins etc).

• Monitor market or order type health through core marketplace metrics and identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities.

• Drive corrective actions and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Define, test, and optimize pricing levers based on local market dynamics and business objectives.

• Evaluate pricing impact on rider behavior, supply engagement, and overall marketplace balance.

• Partner with Product and Analytics to implement pricing logic and ensure correct execution in systems.

• Analyze supply-demand dynamics to maintain a healthy and efficient marketplace.
