About the Team
We are the internal automation team. We support the AI transformation of the corporate center: we help processes work faster and more transparently, and coordinate changes between functions.
What tasks await you:
- participate in changes in the corporate center: study how decisions are made on automation and AI implementation, and assist in their preparation;
- prepare briefings and presentations: highlight the main points and convey complex ideas in simple words;
- coordinate meetings and functional groups: bring together colleagues from different departments and help them reach agreements;
- manage the transformation plan: track progress, identify risks, and propose ways to mitigate them;
- master project management approaches, Agile, and Scrum, on real tasks;
- apply AI in work tasks every day.
We expect you to:
- be a 2nd–4th year bachelor's student, 1st–2nd year master's student, 4th–5th year specialist student, or have already graduated with a degree in a technical, mathematical, or IT specialty;
- be ready to work from 25 hours per week;
- be able to structure information: identify goals, key takeaways, risks, and next steps;
- be able to prepare presentations and short text materials for meetings;
- be able to coordinate working meetings: set an agenda, document agreements, and follow up on next steps;
- understand the basics of Agile and Scrum: know the Scrum roles, events, and artifacts;
- understand the difference between correlation and causation and be able to explain it with an example;
- be interested in AI tools and ready to apply them in work tasks.
