NLP Analyst-Developer at Rosselkhozbank (RSHB) 🌾🤖

Salary: up to 335,000 RUB net. Citizenship/Location: Russian Federation. Format: Remote.

In the NLP team of Rosselkhozbank, we are looking for an analyst-developer to work with large volumes of unstructured data. You will be responsible for integrating and researching text data from all corners of the bank, generating and testing hypotheses, and preparing data for training, testing, and production of NLP models. 🚀 Responsibilities: • Working with data from HDFS and S3, from databases (GreenPlum, OracleDB, PostgreSQL), as well as from file shares and network drives. • Preparing data visualizations on Superset and Streamlit. • Developing data preparation pipelines for training and testing models. • Analyzing data, building and testing hypotheses using Python (pandas, polars) and SQL. • Engaging in tasks related to labeling unstructured data: from designing the labeling process to validating results. • Analyzing the performance of existing GenAI/NLP services. 🎯 Our Expectations: • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with popular DBMS or distributed data storage systems. • Proficiency in Python and the core stack for data analysis and visualization: pandas, numpy, polars, matplotlib, seaborn, altair. • Understanding of core NLP concepts and a desire to grow in this area are highly desirable. • Experience in developing ETL and ELT pipelines. 🌟 Will be a plus: • Basic knowledge in Data Science.
