Position: AI Engineer / Python Developer | LLM Agents & Rag | Integration with corporate systems Company: DeFacto Group (Tech) Format: Preferably in the Moscow office, but willing to consider remote employees. Salary: 350,000-500,000 RUB net Experience: from 3 years

The company operates an AI agent platform: employees assign tasks to agents through a messenger, agents work with documents and corporate systems. The platform is developed by a vendor, and we create applied tools for our processes ourselves. We need a developer who will create and maintain these tools.

Main tasks: 📌 Development of tools for agents and integrations with corporate systems (1C, email, file resources). 📌 Document processing: contracts, invoices, spreadsheets. 📌 Automation of information collection and analysis from external sources, consolidation of reporting. 📌 Deployment of solutions into operation: pilot, quality assessment, support. 📌 Requirements gathering, description of current and target processes, identification of edge cases. 📌 Technical documentation and user manuals.

Required qualifications: ✅ Python, industrial development experience of at least three years (FastAPI, asyncio, REST API, webhooks). ✅ SQL, database work experience. ✅ Docker, Git, tests, code review experience. ✅ Practical experience with language models: OpenAI-compatible API, prompting, structured output, tool calling, MCP. ✅ RAG: embeddings, vector search, reranking. ✅ Quality assessment of model-based solutions: test sets, log analysis, error cause identification. ✅ Understanding of security: access control, secrets management, prompt injection.
