Growth Product Manager

We're hiring a Growth Product Manager for Intch Sales — our B2B product! 💫

Here's the situation: real revenue is sitting on the table, and nobody owns the funnel that gets it there. Business accounts sign up, and then... nothing systematic happens. No one's tracking the drop-offs, running the experiments, or figuring out what actually turns a sign-up into a paying account. That's the gap this role fills — from scratch.

You'll own: the full activation funnel — registration to first value to paying — a steady cadence of experiments (2–4/month), direct customer interviews with SMB clients across the US/EU, PQL definition, monetization mechanics, and the quarterly growth roadmap. You report to the PM of Intch Sales and work directly with the CEO.

We're looking for:

• 6+ years in product, 3+ specifically in growth or monetization — not just feature delivery.
• B2B SaaS or marketplace experience with self-serve + sales.
• Someone who pulls their own data and has a real case: a number you personally moved.
• English C1+.

Relevant background: Deel, Remote, Personio, Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, Miro, Typeform, Notion, Amplitude, Revolut Business, or similar.

Full-time, remote, CET ±2h.
