We are looking for a QA Engineer

Grand Games is a technology holding company creating products for millions of users. Our flagship project is Grand Mobile, one of the largest open-world mobile RPGs in the CIS. We are now expanding our team and looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality of our mobile product at all stages of development.

Project genre: GTA RP

What's important:

— 3–4 years of commercial QA experience; — experience in game testing (Android/iOS); — understanding of client-server architecture: authorization, sessions, synchronization, data consistency, retries, timeouts; — confident command of Android Studio/ADB, Xcode/Instruments, Logcat, sysdiagnose; — experience in network testing (throttling, packet loss, roaming, background); — experience in exploratory testing; — work with Charles or Proxyman; — basic SQL queries, experience with TablePlus, understanding of NoSQL; — experience in writing test documentation: checklists, test cases, bug reports (TestRail, Allure TestOps, Qase); — understanding of F2P mechanics: IAP, subscriptions, Battle Pass, LiveOps, events, energy, timers; — experience with analytics (Firebase, Adjust, AppMetrica); — knowledge of App Store and Google Play requirements; — experience in performance testing (FPS, memory, cold/warm start, throttling), Crashlytics, Sentry; — understanding of security testing principles: anti-cheat, root/jailbreak detection; — experience in GameDev will be a significant advantage.

What you will be doing:

— manual testing of the mobile product; — finding, localizing, and documenting defects; — developing and maintaining test documentation; — testing new game mechanics, client-server interaction, and LiveOps activities; — analyzing logs, network interactions, and causes of errors; — collaborating with developers, game designers, and other team members.
