Chief Financial Officer
Our client, an international pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturer, are currently searching for candidates for the position of Chief Financial Officer with French language!
Requirements:
- French fluent /native – is a must, proficient level of Russian and English
- Education: University degree required; advanced education or professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent certifications required
- Extensive experience in finance within an international, sales-driven organization; regional experience, a focus on strategic initiatives, and a global mindset will be an advantage.
- Experience in rapidly changing companies with a hands-on approach to finance, focusing on commercial finance, value creation processes, cost effectiveness initiatives, profitability and margins.
- Ability to support the country manager in co-leading the company, acting as a Sparring Partner and challenging the status quo.
- Proven experience, at least 5 years in Russia, in working with different international stakeholders, possessing strong managerial and leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams across multiple countries
- Strong communication skills, capable of providing clear and concise insights to senior management and other key stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as required
