The focus of the role is business partnering.

Experience working as a CFO | Chief Financial Officer in a European or American company with its own manufacturing in Russia is MANDATORY. Candidates with other experience, please do not send applications for this role.

Important: — Fluent business English from confident Upper-Intermediate or higher; — Proactivity, strong leadership skills, ability to build a team and processes, to defend one's position with arguments; — Strong strategic skills, ability to forecast and plan; — IFRS, financial statement consolidation; — Willingness for regular business trips to the manufacturing site.

Experience in full-cycle manufacturing is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
