Specialist for «Chestny ZNAK» Traceability

SWORD BROS. develops and implements IT solutions for businesses in the Russian market — automation, 1C, integrations, and product traceability support — for manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retail companies.

We are looking for a specialist with practical experience working with the «Chestny ZNAK» (Honest Sign) traceability system, 1C, and retail automation.

We need not just a 1C user, but a specialist who understands the entire process of working with traced goods and can independently participate in the implementation and support of the system for clients.

💡 What you will do

— configure and support «Chestny ZNAK» traceability processes; — integrate «Chestny ZNAK» with 1C and client accounting systems; — configure processes for receiving, acceptance, entering into circulation, movement, return, and withdrawal from circulation of traced products; — configure traceability operation in retail stores; — integrate and verify the operation of cash registers, fiscal printers, 2D scanners, and DataMatrix; — configure and support electronic document flow / universal transfer documents (EPD) when working with traced products; — find and fix errors in data exchange between 1C, «Chestny ZNAK», EDO, and sales equipment; — test integrations before launch; — provide client support after implementation; — interact with 1C programmers and the technical team during the implementation of integration projects; — prepare instructions and consult client employees.

🔑 Who we are looking for

Practical experience with «Chestny ZNAK» is mandatory.

Understanding the full life cycle of a traced product is important.

Knowledge is desirable:

— 1C:Enterprise 8; — 1C:Retail; — 1C:Trade Management; — 1C:ERP; — EDO and UPD; — Fiscal printers and sales equipment; — DataMatrix; — processes of aggregation, acceptance, movement, return, and disposal of traceability codes; — basic requirements of the Russian Federation legislation in the field of mandatory traceability.

Experience in independently launching «Chestny ZNAK» in an operating retail store or chain will be a significant advantage.

We are looking for a person who can understand the client's real business processes.

For example, to understand why a product is in 1C, but the traceability code is not accepted at the checkout; why the UPD does not match the actual codes; where the data exchange between EDO, 1C, and «Chestny ZNAK» was disrupted — and to offer a practical solution.

🔔 Conditions

City: Moscow, Lianozovo/ Fiztekh metro station, Business Center Plaza (Moscow, Dmitrovskoe shosse, 163A, bldg. 2) Work format: office (possibility of partial remote work is discussed). Schedule: 5/2, full-time. Salary: 150-200 thousand rubles (depending on practical experience with «Chestny ZNAK», 1C, and Retail integrations).
