Responsibilities will include: Full cycle IT recruitment (Middle / Senior / Lead) International candidate search (EU, US, LATAM, Asia) Conducting interviews and interacting with hiring managers Maintaining recruitment analytics Accompanying employment and contractor contracts HR administration of the international team and document flow Interaction with legal and finance departments

What's important: From 2 years of experience in IT recruitment International hiring experience Understanding of employment and contractor models English language proficiency — B2+ Experience with ATS/HR systems Independence and attention to detail

Will be a plus: Experience working with international legal entities Experience building HR processes Experience in a product-based IT company
