Responsibilities:

• Preparation of documents for tenders (contracts, technical specifications, commercial proposals, communication with the procurement department): contextual advertising, SMS newsletters, email newsletters, Tilda and Topvisor services, call tracking
• Organization and control of contractor work for e-mail newsletters, implementation of CDP platform (master templates, gathering requirements from MSU (Medical Service Unit), participation in preparing newsletters, control of newsletter database collection, implementation of trigger newsletter chains, creation of patient segments)
• Organization and control of contractor work for targeted SMS newsletters (gathering requirements from MSU, communication with contractor for approval of texts, audiences)
• Geosevices – updating information in Yandex.Maps/2GIS listings. Creating/deleting/restoring listings, adding proxy numbers for statistics collection, monthly reporting.
• Medical aggregators – updating listings: creating new clinic listings, consolidating data into a unified multi-cabinet, monitoring updates of information about doctors/prices, resolving patient complaints jointly with MSU, monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Bitrix24, MS Office/Google Workspace/Yandex.Documents,
• Desired experience with geosevices, medical aggregators
