Work format — office in Belgrade (we are considering candidates who are already in Serbia and those who are ready to relocate to Belgrade)
We are an international product IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, most of which are B2B solutions for entertainment, gaming, and sports. We invite you to join our team as a System support (AnyKey).
Main tasks:
- Servicing office space and users within it (250+ workstations)
- Servicing server rooms
- Component-level repair of PCs and peripherals
- IT inventory management
- Creating requests for equipment procurement
- User support and assistance in resolving technical issues
- Working with access control systems (SKD) and video surveillance systems
Requirements:
- Knowledge of component-level repair of equipment.
- Experience in restoring Windows OS without data loss.
- Knowledge of the latest PC hardware components (processors, motherboards, video cards, printers, etc.).
- Knowledge of the basics of working with Active Directory (its purpose, pros and cons, GPO principles).
- Knowledge of the basics and principles of TCP/IP (networks, data packets, routing), as well as industrial routers and switches (models, pros and cons).
- Knowledge of low-current systems, ability to work with structured cabling systems (SCS).
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of System support (AnyKey).
