Head of FO Legal Department

📍 International FO | Remote / Hybrid | Full-time

Important: confirmed experience with UAE, EU, and Uzbekistan jurisdictions is required, including corporate matters, banking support, asset structuring, and interaction with local consultants.

Responsibilities • Support for private individuals and international corporate structures • Registration, liquidation, redomiciliation, and administration of foreign companies • Opening bank accounts, KYC, AML, and compliance • Coordination with banks, registrars, notaries, and consultants • Support of transactions involving real estate, shares, and stakes • Issues of international family and inheritance law • Citizenship, residence permits, and immigration programs • Coordination of legal proceedings and external lawyers • Preparation of legal opinions and risk assessments • Structuring and protection of international assets

Requirements • Higher legal education • 7+ years of experience in international law • Experience in consulting, Single/Multi FO, or private client practice • Practical experience in supporting foreign companies • Experience interacting with international banks and compliance procedures - Practical experience with UAE, EU, and Uzbekistan jurisdictions - Fluent English and Russian languages – mandatory • Independence, confidentiality, and attention to detail
