Senior Data Analyst

We are building a B2C well-being mobile app (a mix of an AI therapist with Brain Fitness).

Fully vibe-coded — we don't have developers in the traditional sense, but it's a working product with live users and growing revenue.

We have a lot of data from all sides — stores, advertising accounts, payment providers, the product itself. And we want one person to handle all analytics: from infrastructure to financial modeling. This is not a junior task of "building a dashboard", this is a truly strong senior role where you need to dig into data, build pipelines, and justify decisions.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will take ownership of all data and analytics in the product.

What needs to be done:

Marketing Analytics: • Collect and maintain dashboards in Metabase (attribution, conversions, payment pass-through, cohorts) • Help the UA team make decisions — CPA per creative, cancel-rate, profitability forecast

Product Analytics: • Dig into funnel conversions, retention, engagement • Set up Amplitude (or an analog), analyze A/B tests, look for growth points

Financial Analytics: • Build and maintain the financial model • Forecast pLTV, unit economics, marketing budget planning

Data Infrastructure: • Keep the data infrastructure up-to-date — pipelines, consolidating sources (stores, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, payment systems, product) • Dig into data with Claude Code

What is important:

• Senior experience in analytics — marketing or product, it doesn't matter • Good level of SQL • Experience with BI systems • Understanding of unit economics, cohort analysis, pLTV, financial modeling • AI-native mindset. Working with Claude Code / Cursor is a must-have • Independence and the ability to see things through to completion. We are a small team, there are no lengthy approval processes here.
