Tasks
- Developing a strategy for promoting long-form content (audiobooks + podcasts) and attracting new subscribers/listeners
- Developing collaborations and marketing integrations with external (publishers, podcast studios, media, etc.) and internal (departments and businesses within VK) partners
- Working with promotion tools for various formats (digital, offline, including special projects)
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the promotion strategy, improving metrics, and providing reports
- Developing content plans / updating the ORZh community (for audiobooks and podcasts)
- Conducting marketing research
- Analyzing content on competitor platforms (new features, exclusives, etc.)
- Creating technical specifications for specialized professionals (design, copywriting)
- Placing targeted advertising on various social networks and platforms
- Working with offline events (concepts, materials, scripts, presentations, merchandise)
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a similar position; experience in the publishing business and video production will be a plus
- Copywriting skills, ability to create well-written, engaging texts
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, perfectionism
- Higher education
- Creativity, proactivity, communication skills
