We are Aurora Labs, a studio that launches and develops full-cycle projects.

We are currently actively scaling and are looking for an HR / Global Recruiter who lives within the Western digital culture, understands the mindset of the English-speaking audience, and knows where to find strong Web3-native specialists. We need someone with a strong sourcing background, who knows how to quickly find, hunt, and close top candidates through modern search channels.

What you will do:

🌸 Search and hire international specialists for various company directions (marketing, outreach, community, moderators, designers, devs, growth, etc.) 🌸 Fully manage communication with English-speaking candidates. 🌸 Conduct initial screening, video interviews, and support candidates until they join the in-house team (further employee adaptation, internal support, and payments are not part of the HR responsibilities). 🌸 Build a strong candidate pipeline for the company's rapid growth. 🌸 Utilize modern search and sourcing methods: Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Web3 communities, private databases, networking, and other channels. 🌸 Develop effective hiring funnels for different positions: strategize selection stages, create test assignments, define hiring structures, and candidate journey logic. 🌸 Understand the specifics of the AI environment/Web3 market and stay updated on current trends. 🌸 Assist in building an international team for a global product.

What is critically important to us:

💦 Fluent English (spoken + written) 💦 Experience in the international market and hiring foreign employees. 💦 Knowledge of AI / Web3 ecosystems. 💦 Deep understanding of Western digital culture and how the English-speaking audience thinks. 💦 Ability to independently find strong Web3-native candidates and expertise on exactly where to look. 💦 Systems thinking and understanding of how to build an effective recruitment process for a rapidly growing startup. 💦 Readiness to regularly participate in video calls with candidates and represent the company in the international market (for us, a confident, professional, and communicative online presence is important, as HR is one of the first people through whom a candidate forms an impression of the company).
