PSP Manager (iGaming)
📍 Remote work
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years in payments (iGaming or fintech)
- Tools: knowledge of PSP solutions, proficient in Excel and analytics tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Knowledge: understanding of global payment methods (bank cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies), as well as AML/KYC requirements
- Skills: developed analytical and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- PSP Relationship Management: working with payment providers, agreeing on terms and tariffs, analyzing and revising contracts (acquiring banks, APMs, crypto providers)
- Integrations and Technical Support: interacting with technical teams, connecting new payment methods, working with APIs
- Process Optimization: monitoring and improving payment conversion, controlling transaction flows, resolving emerging issues
- Onboarding and Compliance: conducting KYC/KYB for new providers, adhering to AML and regional requirements
- Analytics and Reporting: analyzing transaction data (costs, declines), preparing performance reports
