Head of Sales (B2B Fintech / Payments)

Requirements: 7+ years of experience in B2B sales. From 3 years of experience in sales team management. Successful experience in developing sales in Fintech, Payments, or other High-Risk areas. Experience in conducting complex negotiations and closing large B2B deals. Ability to build a sales strategy and scale a commercial direction. Experience interacting with C-level (CEO, Founders, Heads of Departments). Experience participating in industry conferences and developing a partner network. Mandatory residency in one of the EU countries (preferably Poland).
