Quality Director
About the company:
A large vertically integrated agricultural holding (full cycle: crop production → feed production → pig farming → meat processing → distribution).
This role is for an experienced top manager who views quality as a tool for competitive advantage: from "grain" to the client, with a strong export block and a focus on key B2B/B2C and HoReCa partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop a unified quality and traceability system across all holding assets: feed production, animal husbandry, meat processing, distribution.
- Unify quality standards and digitalize QMS: data collection, analytics, non-conformity management.
- Ensure readiness for export audits and inspections (China / GACC, Middle East, EAEU, etc.).
- Build interaction with regulators (Rosselkhoznadzor, Ministry of Agriculture, foreign agencies, trade attachés).
- Develop the laboratory complex (ISO 17025), optimize costs, implement new control methods.
- Manage the quality of suppliers' work: accreditation, audits, KPIs, corrective actions (SCAR).
- Centralize claims management: reduce the number of complaints and returns, shorten the time for deviation localization.
- Support audits of retail chains, B2B clients, HoReCa, and export partners.
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years in quality management/veterinary services in the agro-industrial complex, at least 3 years at the top management level (holding/division).
- Successful experience with export audits (China / GACC is mandatory; Middle East, EAEU - as a plus), experience registering enterprises in systems like CIFER.
- Experience in building a quality supplier management system (especially agricultural suppliers, feed mills).
- Practice in supporting audits of federal retail chains and B2B clients, systemic management of complaints and returns.
- Management of accredited laboratories (ISO 17025), knowledge of modern control methods (PCR, ELISA, mycotoxins).
- Relevant higher education (veterinary medicine, food biotechnology, sanitation); an MBA or academic degree will be an advantage.
Conditions
- Location: Central Federal District with travel to assets in the Russian Federation and international business trips (inspections, audits).
- Compensation level to be discussed with finalists.
