🚀 Senior Business Development Manager (CPA Network | iGaming)*

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for one of the leading international CPA networks in the iGaming sphere.

📍 Work format: Remote / office in Belgrade 🕐 Employment: Full-time

What you will do:

• Develop and scale cooperation with existing partners; • Fulfill sales plan and increase business volume; • Attract new partners and expand the partner network; • Conduct negotiations, presentations, and personal meetings with international partners; • Analyze the market, search for new growth points and development opportunities; • Increase the effectiveness of cooperation with existing partners.

We expect:

✔ Experience in Affiliate Marketing / CPA Network; ✔ Experience in iGaming (Casino / Betting) vertical; ✔ Understanding of CPA models (CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, RevShare, Hybrid); ✔ Understanding of the specifics of various traffic sources; ✔ Experience working with international partners; ✔ Strong negotiation and partnership development skills; ✔ Ability to identify client needs and find mutually beneficial solutions; ✔ English language — fluent conversational; ✔ Experience participating in industry conferences will be an advantage.
