Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

An international iGaming brand is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to develop its affiliate network in the Mexican market.

📍Work format: office in Belgrade

We are looking for a specialist who: • Has over 2 years of experience in iGaming • Has worked on the direct advertiser's side • Has their own partner base (priority - LATAM: Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina) • Has a thorough understanding of the CPA model, traffic sources, and affiliate tools • Knows how to analyze traffic and key metrics (registrations, deposits, Retention, LTV, etc.) • Has experience in identifying and preventing fraud • Communicates fluently in business English (Spanish will be a big plus)

Your responsibilities will include: • Searching for and onboarding new partners (including through cold outreach) • Developing and supporting existing partners • Processing incoming requests • Analyzing partner performance and traffic quality • Monitoring KPIs and preventing fraudulent traffic • Preparing reports and working with analytics • Building long-term partnerships
