Middle/Senior Affiliate manager
Location: Cyprus
Work format: Office-based, full-time
Experience: 3+ years of experience within iGaming (casino/sportsbook is a plus) with Tier 1 markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit and activate new affiliate partners in iGaming verticals (casino & sportsbook),
- Manage and optimize relationships with existing affiliates to maximize traffic, FTDs, and revenue
- Negotiate commission models (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid) tailored to performance,
- Monitor daily KPIs: registrations, FTDs, NGR, retention, ROI in order to identify the most critical points,
- Monitor core metrics within PowerBI to carry out the proper assessment of traffic quality.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, CRM, design, payments) to improve conversion and player value.
- Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines across GEOs.
- Analyze traffic quality and detect potential fraud or low-value activity,
- Collaborate closely with HOA to execute and close new affiliate deals;
- Prepare regular performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.
- Representing the company at industry-related conferences and trade shows
- Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a way that will maximize revenue
