🎯 Head of Affiliate Team (iGaming) Remote
We are looking for a strong Head of Affiliate Team to lead the affiliate direction, strengthen the brands' positions in current GEOs, and launch products in new Tier-1 and CIS markets.
🌐 Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement quarterly and annual plans for FTD, Profit, ROI, GEO expansion
- Build the structure of the affiliate department: processes, regulations, KPIs, CRM, BI dashboards
- Manage budgets using CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Control ROI, CPA caps, traffic quality, and profitability
- Analyze key metrics: FTD, REG-to-FTD, CNGR, Profit, LTV, Retention
- Hire and develop an affiliate team, lead Team Leads and Affiliate Managers
- Develop relationships with top partners and networks, negotiate with major webmasters
- Control traffic quality, identify fraud, misleads, and brand protection violations
- Collaborate with Marketing, BI, Retention, Product, Media Buying
- Represent the brand at industry events: SBC, iGB, Sigma, Affiliate World
🌐 Requirements:
- 2.5+ years in the position of Head of Affiliates / Affiliate Team Lead in iGaming
- Experience with Tier-1 GEO and CIS markets
- Proven results in FTD and Profit growth
- Experience in scaling affiliate teams and launching new GEOs
- Deep analytical skills, systemic thinking, experience in building a performance team
