Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Engineering and hands-on coding;
• Head or Engineering / Head of Dev Division experience is a must (team of 30+ members);
• Initiative, responsible, business-oriented personality;
• Speak English and Ukrainian/Russian.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering managers, team and tech teams, collaborate with responsible leads to form, develop, and regulate their activities.
• Organize and execute necessary measures and activities to guarantee the quality of outputs from the tech and architecture division.
• Collaborate with company stakeholders to identify and define requirements, expectations, and the impact of architecture on other aspects of the business.
• Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
• Define metrics and evaluate the performance of the tech teams, inform stakeholders of the results and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive technical and technological initiatives and innovations for products and the tooling area;
