Key Task Development and refinement of 3D models and design documentation in KOMPAS-3D based on a technical specification - from design elaboration and strength calculations to the release of a full set of drawings for production. Main Responsibilities Development of 3D models and drawings in KOMPAS-3D based on a ready technical specification received from the technical director Performing strength calculations (in KOMPAS-3D or specialized modules) using basic knowledge of strength of materials Searching for and studying analogues, analyzing regulatory documentation (GOSTs, OSTs, technical specifications) to justify decisions made Coordinating the developed design with the technical director, making adjustments based on discussion results Preparation and release of a full package of drawings for transfer to production Interaction with technologists and the production department - taking into account the requirements of welding production and basic principles of mechanical processing in design Refinement of design documentation based on the results of manufacturing and testing of prototype samples

Mandatory Requirements Higher technical education (mechanical engineering / mechanics / mechanical engineering technology or related specialties) Experience as a design engineer of 3 years or more, preferably in small machine-building enterprises with independent project management Proficient in KOMPAS-3D: 3D modeling, development of drawings and specifications Knowledge of ESKD, skills in оформление design documentation and working with regulatory documentation, ability to search for analogues Basic knowledge of strength of materials and strength calculations Knowledge of rolled metal products: assortment, steel grades, areas of application Understanding of welding production technologies and basic principles of mechanical processing (turning, milling, drilling operations, fits and tolerances) An advantage during selection will be: Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, drawing creation) Experience in ANSYS (strength calculations) Experience in designing analogues of KFG products
