Hello! We are looking for a lead reverse engineer for a company that supplies equipment and spare parts for agricultural and forestry machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform 3D scanning of parts according to the tasks and instructions from the commercial department.
- Independently develop 3D models of parts and assemblies based on scanning results and available design documentation.
- Transfer models to engineers for the development of detailing and working drawings.
- Independently prepare working drawings of parts.
- Maintain and update the database of design documentation and digital archive.
- Organize and directly participate in the quality control of finished products.
- Organize the assembly and disassembly of products in collaboration with mechanics and participate in the process for subsequent adjustments.
- Find metalworking contractors for the production of necessary products and interact with them on issues of refinement and adjustment.
- Business trips to clients for 3D scanning of parts and products.
Requirements:
- Work experience in a design bureau or engineering department for 3+ years.
- Practical experience with 3D scanning for 2+ years.
- Experience in designing parts and developing design documentation.
- Proficient in KOMPAS-3D.
- Professional technical education in mechanical engineering, production technology, or related fields.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of theoretical mechanics, strength of materials, theory of machines and mechanisms, metrology.
