We are looking for a strong Retention Manager to work on player retention, loyalty programs, and engaging mechanics in an iGaming project.

Responsibilities: • Develop and launch retention campaigns • Work with player segmentation and behavioral analysis • Calculate promotion economics and evaluate activity effectiveness • Launch A/B tests and test hypotheses • Work with metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR • Analyze the market, competitors, and game mechanics

Requirements: • Experience in iGaming • Experience launching tournaments, missions, quests, lotteries, jackpots, or bonus mechanics • Understanding of gamification, progression, rewards, and game motivational cycles • Strong analytical skills • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools
