VIP Retention Manager

N1 Partners Group is a multi-brand affiliate program that includes online casino and betting projects. We are a fast-growing company with over 800 employees worldwide. Responsibilities: — Management of the retention funnel: from VIP onboarding to transition to top segments — Daily cohort analysis: DAU, Retention, ARPU — Working with segments: geo, player types, avg. metrics, game preferences — Reactivation: scenarios for different segments (7/14/30 days without deposit, single-deposit, etc.) — Building welcome flows and trigger logic based on player behavior — Collaboration with analytics and product teams to improve features affecting retention — Deep understanding of player behavior in the casino

Key Metrics: — ARPU — Transition across segments/tiers — Average check and average bet — Churn rate — Dynamics of top segments

Important: Metrics like OR, CR via email are not of interest. Focus solely on business results.

Traffic and Geo: — Key regions: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, EU — Experience with the VIP segment is a plus
