Vacancy: Vip Retention Manager ( IGaming ) Format: Remote VIP Retention Manager (iGaming)

We are a product-based iGaming company with our own licensed online casino. We are currently expanding our VIP segment and are looking for someone who knows how to build strong relationships with players and turn them into long-term loyalty.

What you will be doing:

• Managing and developing the VIP player base;
• Communicating with VIP clients via Telegram, WhatsApp, chats, and phone;
• Reactivating inactive players;
• Preparing personalized bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special promotions;
• Analyzing player activity and identifying growth opportunities;
• Working on Retention, LTV, and NGR;
• Supporting players during promotions, tournaments, and special campaigns;
• Doing everything possible to ensure VIP clients receive a truly high level of service.

What is important:

• At least 1 year of experience as a VIP Retention Manager / VIP Host / VIP Account Manager in iGaming;
• Mandatory experience with online casinos;
• Understanding of retention mechanics, VIP segmentation, and bonus policies;
• Ability to find an approach to different players and build long-term relationships;
• Independence and a desire to influence results.
