🚀 We are looking for a Sales Manager VIP | Remote
What you will be doing: 🤝 Proactively interact with VIP players (calls, chats, emails) 📊 Track player activity and key financial indicators (KPI) 🎁 Manage bonuses, rewards, and personalized offers 🔄 Reactivate inactive players and increase their lifetime value (LTV) 📝 Prepare reports on the results of working with the VIP segment
✅ 🇫🇷🇩🇪 Fluent in French or German (B1–C2 level) — the primary language for communicating with clients
