🚀 VIP Lead | iGaming / Betting
We are looking for a VIP Lead to develop the VIP segment (low / mid / high rollers) and manage a team of VIP managers.
🎯 Responsibilities: • Managing the VIP team and increasing its efficiency • Developing the VIP program (levels, bonuses, privileges) • Growing retention, upgrades, and revenue of the VIP segment • Working with key metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV, churn • Personalizing VIP communications and customer journey • Interacting with CRM, product, analytics, and payments • Analyzing and improving VIP performance indicators
📌 Requirements: • 3+ years in iGaming / betting / casino (VIP direction) • Experience managing VIP or account teams • Experience building / improving VIP programs • Understanding of metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn • Experience working with GEO: Africa / MENA / CIS (including Uzbekistan) • English — B2+
