About the company BillBlend is a fast-growing fiat payment provider. We unite payment tools into a single ecosystem for international business. We work with the whole world (except Russia), focusing on Europe.

Who we are looking for A Sales Manager with a hunter's mindset, who builds their own funnel, closes deals, and brings in merchants. Preferably with a focus on high-risk / iGaming, but the main thing is the ability to sell payment solutions to businesses of any profile.

Key Requirements

• Experience in PSP / payment gateway of 2+ years, confirmed by numbers.
• Cold outreach, full deal cycle: outreach → C-level negotiations → launch.
• Regular participation in European conferences, industry networking.
• Conversational English (C1), Russian as a plus.
• Location: Cyprus, Spain, Latvia (priority) or another European country.
• Results-driven, highly self-motivated.

What you will do

• Active search and attraction of new merchants in Europe.
• Participation in industry exhibitions and conferences.
• Presentation of payment solutions, selection of optimal connection schemes.
• Client management from the first contact to successful integration.

Conditions

• Full remote, flexible start of the day.
• Probation period of 3 months.
• No official employment — crypto payouts.
• Fixed rate up to $5,000 (negotiable) + commission from deals, details at the interview.
• Sales team: 3 Sales + 4 BDM, warm environment.
