Sales Manager (iGaming / Payments)

📍Remote About the company: PayPazz is a payment company focused on the iGaming industry. Core products: card acquiring and OCT payouts (Europe & ROW).

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Acquire iGaming merchants (betting, gambling, high-risk).
• Sell payment solutions (card acquiring, payouts).
• Own the full sales cycle: from outreach to deal closing and launch.
• Build and manage your own pipeline.
• Work directly with founders and contribute to business growth.

🟪 Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming (operator side or payment provider).
• Background in sales / business development.
• Understanding of payment infrastructure and high-risk verticals.
• Languages: English (must), Russian (must).
• Location: Europe (with ability to travel if needed).
