Looking for a TOP BIZDEV MANAGER for a high risk project in payment systems We are a FinTech startup for the iGaming sector, providing payment routing services for high-risk verticals. ⠀ Responsibilities: • Search, connect, and develop partnerships with merchants from the iGaming industry and beyond • Search and connect new payment providers (PSPs, acquirers, aggregators) • Develop partner network • Negotiate terms (commissions, limits, approval rates, volumes) • Search and test new GEOs and payment methods • Analyze provider performance (approval rates, declines, stability) • Build a payment product development strategy ⠀ Ideal Candidate: • Strong background in promoting payment projects • Understanding of PSPs, acquiring, routing, payment flows, and e-commerce solutions • Experience working with international GEOs (Europe, LatAm, Africa, Asia, etc.) • Advanced soft skills for networking and negotiating the best terms ⠀ What we offer: • Salary: fixed from 2500$ + % of profit • Schedule: flexible (results-oriented, not clock-watching) • Opportunity to directly influence product growth and earn based on results • Work in a young and promising team that respects expertise and is ready to implement your ideas • Absence of hyper-control and bureaucracy Contact: @mike_recrt
