Head of Gastronomic Projects Development Department (PR) for the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy
The Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy is seeking a Head of Gastronomic Projects Development Department (PR).
Responsibilities:
- Organize the work of department employees on forming a plan-schedule of events aimed at implementing and promoting the adopted unified gastronomic concept. Formulate a unique value proposition (UVP) for the "Megaproject Gastronomy" brand, distinguishing it from competitors. Create stable brand associations with key values: premium quality, unique experience, variety, seasonality, hospitality
- Propose for management review the content of unified quality standards for gastronomic projects, based on domestic and international experience
- Formulate the ideology for promoting gastronomic directions — branded products, local events, local projects, branding, service quality, etc. (e.g., manage and actively develop official "Megaproject Gastronomy" accounts on relevant social networks)
- Organize work on amending current regulatory legal acts concerning the development and promotion of gastronomic projects
- Organize working meetings for the integration of gastronomy projects into the current event calendar
- Ensure increased recognition of the Megaproject Gastronomy in social networks, the internet space, professional communities, exhibitions, etc.
- Organize work on updating the content of the VDNKh website, as well as the mobile application in the "Gastronomic Guide" section, develop article categories, ensure content, and involve residents in developing information news
- Organize work on maintaining a project section on the website with articles about food trends, product benefits, and the history of dishes
- Organize work on attracting partner companies and determining the procedure for interaction with them regarding the development and promotion of gastronomic projects. Develop partnership programs with "neighboring" brands (cinemas, shopping centers, sports clubs) for cross-promotional campaigns
- Analyze data from focus group research to determine the product matrix for the development and scaling of the "Branded Gastronomic Products" direction, form proposals and package them into relevant materials for further management review
- Ensure timely preparation of materials, mock-ups, brand books, etc. Ensure the implementation and control the use of the brand guidelines: logo, color palette, corporate style for all food outlets, staff uniforms, packaging, and menus
- Moderate the release of information news for the promotion of gastronomic projects on an ongoing basis. Launch regular sections (e.g., "Chef's Advice", "Dish of the Day", "Guide to World Cuisines"), challenges, and contests to increase audience engagement
- Submit creative concepts for the content of current and planned projects for management approval
- Submit proposals for resident rotation in the gastronomic direction for management approval
- Organize operational interaction between department employees, partner companies, residents of the gastronomic direction, relevant structural divisions of the Company, and technical services on matters of promoting gastronomic projects
- Develop and implement proposals for organizing gastronomic events (food festivals, themed weekends, master classes, tastings) to increase visitor traffic to specific locations
- Organize work on collecting and analyzing guest feedback for continuous improvement of the gastronomic offering
- Organize publications in city and federal media, specialized gastronomic publications and blogs
- Implement a system for monitoring reviews on all digital platforms (Google Maps, Yandex.Maps, Otzovik, 2GIS) and respond to them promptly
- Develop a KPI system to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities: brand awareness, social media engagement, traffic, sales conversion
- Regularly analyze data and adapt the marketing strategy to achieve maximum effectiveness
Requirements:
- From 5 years of experience in a similar position, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Higher education
- Additional education in graphic design will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory, MosEDO is desirable
- Initiative and proactivity in work, high work capacity, high level of responsibility for completing tasks within deadlines, stress resistance, ability to work independently and in a team
