Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the holding's PR strategy and media plan;
- Formation and support of the company's positive reputation image in the media and professional environment;
- Planning and conducting press tours, press briefings, briefings, delegation visits, excursions, and special events for the media;
- Organization of public appearances for top management (interviews, briefings, press tours, speeches at industry platforms);
- Promotion of the CEO's personal brand through managed publications, interviews, speeches, ratings, and business platforms;
- Management of reputational risks, development of anti-crisis communications and response scenarios for negative feedback;
- Interaction with government bodies, industry associations, and public organizations;
- Quality control of all external materials (censorship, editing, compliance with corporate standards);
- Information support of the HR brand and internal events;
- Development of a content plan, KPIs, and moderation standards for the company's social networks.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in PR, press service, or external communications in a management position;
- Experience in a large manufacturing company (FMCG);
- Higher specialized education;
- Practical experience in interacting with federal, regional, and industry media, as well as with government bodies and public structures;
- Team management and cross-functional interaction skills;
- Strong structural thinking and systematic approach;
- Developed negotiation skills and ability to build an external contact network.
