Responsibilities:
GR block:
- Development and implementation of strategies for interaction with state authorities
- Building interaction with relevant authorities at the federal and regional levels
- Monitoring and analysis of legislation
- Work with legislative challenges, prevention/minimization of risks for business
- Participation in industry legislative activities
- Preparation of analytical materials, official letters, positions
- Interaction with the scientific community
- Representation of the company's interests in industry unions, public organizations, expert councils, and working groups under authorities
- Budget formation and cost management
PR block (external):
- Development and implementation of public relations strategies
- Reputation management, HR brand development (including implementation of strategies for handling negative reviews, monitoring, feedback services, etc.)
- Development and implementation of PR campaigns
- Crisis communications
- Press service
- Media monitoring
- Public speaking
- Preparation of textual materials (publications, interviews, etc.)
- Management and modernization of external websites and social media accounts
- External media content (concept, photo/video shooting, production)
- Sponsorship projects (Museums, etc.)
- Budget formation and cost management
Internal communications block:
- Strengthening corporate culture
- Management and modernization of corporate resources (portal and mobile application)
- Internal media content (videos, screensavers, design layouts, etc.)
- Preparation of textual content (information newsletters, publications, speeches, digests, etc.)
- Corporate charity program (support for employees and their family members)
- Monitoring employee loyalty and engagement, analytics, solution development
- Budget formation and cost management
- Development of regulations and instructions
Requirements:
- Similar work experience in major FMCG companies
- Understanding of legal techniques, the process of forming and adopting regulatory legal acts
- Knowledge of the structures and mechanisms of state authorities, public organizations, business associations, and methods of working with them
- Experience with official documentation and legislation (draft regulatory legal acts, analytical materials, information memos, letters, appeals, presentations, responses to requests from authorities, etc.)
- Experience working with Federal Executive Bodies (FEOVs)
- Ability to work with a large volume of information in multitasking mode while adhering to deadlines, strategic planning skills
- Ability to formulate thoughts fully and clearly, possessing flexibility of speech and vocabulary
Desirable:
- Knowledge of current regulatory legal acts (including technical regulation) of federal and local authorities related to industry specifics (tobacco and nicotine-containing products, non-alcoholic carbonated and non-alcoholic energy drinks (including sugar-containing – excisable))
- Experience in committees/councils, etc. industry associations (processing incoming initiatives, outgoing initiatives)
