We are creating a modern CRM system that helps banks effectively manage problem debt of individuals. Our comprehensive settlement platform serves clients of all banks — from large federal ones to regional ones.
What we are developing:
- a mobile application for field collection officers
- back-office services for internal users
- call center automation services
- borrower's personal account in SberBank Online
Responsibilities
- participation in architectural decisions and influence on the technical development of the project
- implementation of new features and improvement of existing debt management services
- work with integrations of internal banking services (REST, gRPC, message brokers)
- optimization of infrastructure to improve reliability and response speed
- collaboration with designers, analysts, and testers to create quality products
Requirements
- commercial experience in Java/Kotlin development from 2 years
- deep understanding of Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Data)
- implementation of integrations (REST, gRPC, message brokers)
- writing unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito, AssertJ)
- skills in working with generative AI models
Will be a plus:
- understanding of DRY, KISS, YAGNI principles
- knowledge of microservice architecture and inter-service communication
- knowledge of Maven/Gradle build system
- understanding of basic DevOps principles
- experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift/Istio
