Position: AI Optimizer

Work format: Office/Hybrid, Cyprus (relocation package provided).

We are looking for

A specialist who can integrate AI into the company's daily processes, automate routine tasks, and help teams work more effectively. We need someone who not only knows how to use modern AI tools but also how to achieve real business results with them.

Key tasks: • Research internal processes and identify which ones can be automated. • Develop and implement AI solutions for marketing, HR, support, sales, and operational departments. • Study new AI products, test them, and quickly integrate them into workflows. • Optimize routine operations, reducing the amount of manual work. • Monitor the development of the AI market and implement the most effective practices. • Measure the results of implementation using key business indicators.

Who we are looking for: • Experience in implementing AI solutions and process automation. • Proficient in using modern AI tools and LLMs. • Ability to think systematically, make independent decisions, and bring ideas to fruition. • Enjoy experimenting with new technologies and quickly applying them in practice. • Located in Cyprus or willing to relocate.
