A global product IT company developing high-load products in the iGaming sphere is looking for an Affiliate Manager.
The main goal of the role is to develop the affiliate channel: attract quality partners, increase the volume of target traffic and FTD, improve profitability, and retain partners.
📌Responsibilities:
• Search, attract, and onboard new partners (webmasters, agencies, and other traffic sources). • Conduct negotiations, agree on commercial terms, and develop long-term relationships. • Monitor the effectiveness of the affiliate channel: traffic, FTD, deposits, RevShare, retention. • Analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement measures to improve efficiency. • Prepare regular reports. • Provide partners with marketing materials (banners, landing pages, tracking links). • Inform about new promotions, bonuses, and changes in cooperation terms. • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to prepare promotional materials. • Oversee the accuracy of accruals and payments. • Analyze the competitive landscape and iGaming market trends. • Maintain regular communication with partners and promptly resolve emerging issues.
📌Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming. • Experience with Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. • Understanding of partner attraction, development, and retention principles. • Skills in analyzing affiliate channel performance. • Experience with Keitaro, Semrush, Ahrefs, and CRM systems. • English language proficiency – B2 level and above. • Willingness to travel, including to African countries.
📌Will be a plus:
• Own base of active partners. • French language proficiency. • Experience with additional GEOs and affiliate networks.
📌Conditions:
• Official employment according to Cyprus Labor Code. • Office-based work in Limassol. • 5/2 work schedule with flexible start time (08:00–10:00). • Corporate meals. • Partial reimbursement for English language classes and sports.
