Middle Product Manager
Crezu: Who We Are & What We Do
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a delivery-oriented Product Manager / Product Operations Manager who will help the product team launch changes in web products faster and more stably.
We need a person who can quickly grasp the context, does not break existing processes, keeps delivery on track, monitors metrics, identifies risks in advance, and helps offload the team through clear processes, documentation, and AI/automation.
This is not a role about big product strategy or launching a major product from scratch. The main focus is on execution, coordination, quality of task definition, releases, experiments, and working with multiple products in parallel.
Key Tasks
- Gather and clarify requirements for product tasks.
- Formulate tasks in Notion/task tracker in clear language for development, design, analytics, and other teams.
- Maintain the backlog and assist with prioritization.
- Coordinate work between development, design, analysts, procurement, sales, CRM, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor task statuses, blockers, and deadlines.
- Bring tasks to release.
- After release, check the results: bugs, metrics, feedback, tracking accuracy.
Metrics and Experiments
- Work with product metrics: CR, CTR, RPL/RPV, revenue, margin, and other funnel/revenue metrics.
- Participate in the preparation and launch of A/B tests.
- Help formulate hypotheses, expected impact, and success criteria.
- Work with the product analyst on results analysis.
- Ensure that tasks have correct tracking and their effect can be evaluated after release.
Documentation and Processes
- Maintain a decision log for important product decisions.
- Maintain a changelog for product flows.
- Describe product logic, flows, and key business rules.
- Maintain a map of metrics and events.
- Record experiment statuses and launch results.
- Prepare and maintain handover documentation for products and processes.
AI and Automation
- Use AI tools to speed up work: analytics, text preparation, documentation, research, task structuring.
- Identify opportunities to automate routine processes within product delivery.
- Help the team work faster through AI/agents, templates, and clearer processes.
What's important in a candidate
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, Project Manager in a product team, or a similar role.
- Experience with web products, websites, landing pages, funnels, or performance-driven products.
- Understanding of web funnels, conversion rate, A/B tests, and basic web analytics.
- Ability to set tasks for development, design, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/products in parallel without losing focus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Interest in AI tools and readiness to actively use them in daily work.
- Systemic approach, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks.
- English at B2 level or higher: ability to read and write tasks, documentation, comments, emails/messages to stakeholders and partners.
What will be a plus
- Experience in fintech, lead generation, affiliate/performance marketing, or products with revenue-based metrics.
- Experience launching and optimizing websites in different countries/geos.
- Experience working with CRM, sales, traffic acquisition, or partner teams.
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to work with an analyst on data.
- Experience describing product flows, tracking events, business rules, and experiment logs.
- Confident spoken English for calls with partners.
What is not essential for this role
- Launching a major product from scratch is not required.
- Deep hands-on SQL or complex independent analytics is not required.
- Managing a large team is not required.
Care at Crezu:
- Work remotely from anywhere in the world, full-time.
- 28 calendar days of paid vacation.
