We are launching a new AI application that provides guidance on health monitoring, timely check-ups, and habit changes — based on user data and evidence-based medicine recommendations.

We are looking for a product designer who will be responsible for product design from the earliest stages. We understand how important good design is for the user — especially when it comes to health and trust in recommendations.

Responsibilities and tasks:

— Design and implement key user scenarios (onboarding, prevention plan, check-ups, reminders), translate medical data into understandable conclusions and steps for the user — without causing excessive anxiety;

— Using AI agents, create and refine web and mobile application interfaces (assign tasks, launch, check, make edits before review), as well as develop interaction patterns with AI (states, error handling, explanation of capabilities and limitations);

— Develop the design system and maintain consistent standards: work with components, tokens, and states, create guidelines for visual language and interface behavior, and collaborate with engineers to improve the harness for precise adherence to guidelines and error reduction;

— Verify interface quality (visuals, interactions, adaptability, accessibility, edge cases), quickly test hypotheses, prepare variants for A/B tests, and analyze results with the team.

Required technical skills:

— Experience in product design for mobile and web interfaces, strong UI skills, proficient in Figma — showcase a portfolio with a clear personal role in projects;

— Practical experience working with AI agents: creating and refining interfaces to the required quality, working with a codebase (analyzing UI code, making and checking changes, Git, review); architecture and integrations are the responsibility of engineers;

— Experience with design systems: ability to turn solutions into reusable components and rules;

— Skill in simplifying complex logic and large volumes of data into an understandable interface, accuracy and empathy when working with health-related topics;

— Understanding of user metrics, experience in research and analytics for design decisions;

— Independence, systematic thinking, readiness for rapid iterations, hypothesis testing, and working in a startup environment.
